Champion (C-Suite)
Leading with Vision, Inspiring Excellence
This award honors a C-suite executive who champions an inclusive, engaging, and productive organizational culture. This inspiring leader mentors others and empowers employees with the ability to promote excellence.
Innovation
Redefining Possibilities Through Creativity
This award celebrates an individual, team, or organization that has demonstrated innovation and creativity in fostering and supporting a diverse workforce through new and inventive ideas and practices. It recognizes those who use creative tools or cultural initiatives that attract and support unique talent.
Trailblazer
Breaking Barriers, Creating Opportunity
This award recognizes an individual, team, or organization that has “blazed a trail” in their field, creating new opportunities and inspiring others. Work for systemic change in workforce development, challenge the status quo, creating equitable opportunities for underrepresented talent.
