The PATH Cohort is a new training experience built from the Goodwill Tech Academy’s commitment to access, opportunity, and career advancement. Designed as a starting point for learners entering technology, PATH offers a structured, supportive pathway into digital skills and employment. This course follows a hybrid approach with two virtual and one in-person class for a total of 3 nights a week. Our in-person class will be held at the Goodwill Morgantown Opportunity Center, located at 1954 Hunters Way, Morgantown, WV 26505.

Two Levels. One Pathway Forward.

The PATH Cohort is delivered into two connected phases, designed to meet learners where they are while creating clear pathways to employment.

Level One: Digital Foundations

Ideal for beginners or anyone looking to build confidence with computers and everyday workplace technology.

Learners who enroll in Phase One will continue directly into Phase Two as a part of the full PATH experience.

Level Two: Advanced Digital & Career Skills

Ideal for individuals with basic computer skills who are ready to strengthen their digital skills through hands-on learning and real-world applications.

Career Services remain fully integrated to support learners as they prepare for employment in high-demand fields. Participants with strong foundational digital skills may be eligible to enroll directly in Level Two.
